The free tier includes 1 child, 1 journey, photo-only moments, and 1 GB storage. Upgrade to Plus ($4.99/mo) for 2 children, 3 GB storage, and 1 family member. Or go Premium ($9.99/mo) for unlimited children, video and audio recording, all milestone journeys, 50 GB storage, unlimited family members, and data export.
Go to More → Family Members → Invite Family Member. Enter their email address, choose their role (Editor or Viewer), and select which children they can access. They will receive an email invitation to join.
Viewers can only browse content and react with hearts. Editors can add new moments and milestone responses but cannot edit or delete existing content. Only the account Owner has full control over all content and members.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Eterra, then tap Cancel. Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your content is never deleted when you downgrade.
Yes. Go to More → Export Data. This generates a ZIP file containing all your profile data, child information, moments, milestone responses, and media metadata in JSON format. You can save it to Files, share via AirDrop, or email it to yourself.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. All your data, content, child profiles, and family connections are permanently removed. Media files are purged from storage within 30 days. We recommend exporting your data first (More → Export Data).
Yes. Eterra caches your content locally (up to 500MB) for offline access. You can browse your timeline, view moments, and read milestone responses without an internet connection. New content will sync when you reconnect.
We currently offer Baby's First Year as our flagship journey, with Toddler Adventures and other age-group journeys coming soon. Each journey contains structured weekly and monthly prompts tailored to the developmental stage. We are continually adding new journeys.
Go to More and scroll to the Appearance section. You can switch between Editorial (warm serif) and Modern (clean sans-serif) design styles, choose from six accent colours, and toggle between Light, Dark, and System appearance modes. Changes take effect immediately.
